Crude Glycerin

Fatty Acids

How It Works
From Feedstock
to Final Product
Every batch follows a controlled, four-stage process aligned with EN 14214, IS 15607, and ASTM D6751 — ensuring consistent, export-grade quality.
Sourcing & Pre-Processing of Waste-Based Oils
Feedstock Intake
Used cooking oil (UCO), fatty acids, and acid oils are sourced, tested, and pre-treated to ensure suitability for esterification and hydrotreating pathways (HVO/SAF).
Conversion to Biodiesel (FAME)
Transesterification
Triglycerides and high FFA feedstocks are converted through controlled catalytic reactions into biodiesel (FAME) and crude glycerin.
Phase Separation & Impurity Removal
Separation & Refining
Biodiesel and glycerin phases are separated, followed by washing, neutralization, and impurity removal to meet global fuel and feedstock specifications.
Final Processing & Certification
Purification & Quality Control
Final polishing, drying, and laboratory testing ensure compliance with EN 14214, IS 15607, and ASTM D6751 standards before dispatch.
